RECIPE: MUHAMMARA
this stuff is addictive. in its red peppery, walnutty goodness i just want to dive into a pool filled with it and then chill on a pita floatie. it would be like cloudy with a chance of meatballs only it'd be more like sunny with no chance of natural disaster because with a good muhammara, everything is perfect.
serve it with pita, eat it with a spoon, or do what eggboy and i did last pizza night: spread it on a chickpea crust and top with caramelized onions, chicken sausage, and fresh mint.
