RECIPE: ISRAELI SALAD

a thing you should go do right now: 

dice up two tomatoes, one english cucumber, and one half of a red onion. toss with salt, pepper, and olive oil. 

enjoy with tahini or hummus. 

for three meals a day.  ever day. until you get sick of it. 

i did that in israel and it was the best and i never got sick of it which is why i'm doing it right now in minnesota.

oh and you can/should also add lemon juice. (this time around i was lazy bones and starving so i didn't. but you should.)
